By accessing or using Strateslate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or application.
These terms apply to the Strateslate website, landing pages, waitlist forms, application, alerts, dashboards, watchlists, journals, strategies, market tools, and related features.
2. The Strateslate Service
Strateslate is a market workflow platform designed to help users research markets, organize ideas, build alerts, review trades, track watchlists, document strategies, and develop a more repeatable trading process.
Some features may be released as preview or experimental features. We may change, limit, improve, or remove features as the product evolves.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or use Strateslate. By using Strateslate, you represent that you can legally enter into these terms.
4. Accounts And Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share access to your account, attempt to access another user's account, or use Strateslate in a way that interferes with the security or operation of the service.
5. No Financial Advice Or Brokerage Services
Strateslate is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Strateslate does not provide personalized investment advice, execute trades, custody assets, or guarantee trading outcomes.
All market information, scanner results, alerts, charts, strategy tools, journal features, educational materials, and platform outputs are provided for informational, research, organizational, and educational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your trading and investing decisions. Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of principal.
6. Market Data And Third-Party Services
Strateslate may use third-party market data providers, infrastructure providers, authentication providers, email providers, analytics providers, and other vendors. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or subject to provider terms, outages, and limits.
You agree not to rely on Strateslate as your only source of market data, risk management, trade execution, or financial decision-making.
7. Alerts And Notifications
Alerts and notifications are convenience tools. Delivery may be delayed, missed, duplicated, filtered, or unavailable due to technical conditions, provider issues, market-data limits, user settings, connectivity, or other factors. You should not rely on alerts as the sole basis for entering, exiting, or managing a trade.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of the notes, watchlists, alerts, dashboard layouts, journals, strategies, imported trade records, and other content you create or upload to Strateslate.
You grant Strateslate a limited license to host, store, process, display, back up, transmit, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Strateslate. This includes, without limitation, attempting to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, scrape or resell data, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, upload malicious code, send spam, impersonate others, violate law, or use Strateslate in a way that harms other users or the service.
10. Paid Features
Strateslate may offer paid plans, premium features, subscriptions, launch pricing, or promotional trials. Any pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase or in separate posted terms.
11. Intellectual Property
Strateslate, including its name, logo, design, software, workflows, visual elements, and platform content, is owned by Strateslate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of Strateslate's intellectual property.
12. Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Strateslate if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, used the platform unlawfully, or if continued access would harm Strateslate or others. You may stop using Strateslate at any time.

14. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strateslate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, trading losses, investment losses, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Strateslate.
15. Indemnification
